Originally constructed in the early 1900s, it has served various roles over the years, from a bustling marketplace to a hub for local businesses.

How many guests can your venue accommodate

Our Occupancy is 140 Seated and 160 Total.

Where can we park?

Street parking is FREE after 5 on M-F, and free on weekends.

Next to our building is a premium parking lot.

Adjacent to us is parking garage - 121 Church Ave SW

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Ramps at the entrances, elevators to the second floor, and handicap accessible stalls in the restrooms.

What additional requirements are there?

Event Insurance - We can provide a vendor list

Banquet ABC license - If you are serving alcohol you must show us proof of a banquet ABC License - we can send you a link

Vendor List - If you plan to use outside vendors (caterers, decorators, etc) they must be pre-approved by our team.

Noise Ordinance - Roanoke has a noise ordinance of 10PM

Deposit - A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is required a the time of reservation, and is non-refundable.

Do you provide Tables, Chairs, and Linens, or do we need to rent them separately?

We can provide 11 large circular, 6 six foot, and 2 eight foot rectangular tables, as well as 9 cocktail tables.

140 White foldable chairs.

Linens can be added for a small additional fee.

What time can we start setting up for our event?

This depends on your specific event needs. Some events reserve the space beginning the day before and allows access the day after.

All events conclude by 11PM. If your event needs additional time, this must be discussed prior to your event for an additional fee.
